Colouraplast, which is also known as melting granulate, consists of small, colored, injected polystyrene beads that are melted in a mold made of metal, silicone or directly on a sheet of baking paper, while at the same time being "brought into shape".

Above all, disc-shaped plates or image models are created, which can then be 3-dimensionally deformed by reheating them (oven, hot air dryer, etc.).

Colouraplast does not contain any harmful substances and is not subject to labeling according to the CLP regulation (1272/2008). It can also be used as a design or handicraft material by children aged 10 and over.

Processing note:

Make sure that you first place the frames on a flexible surface (some use transparent sleeves, for example) that has been primed with latex assembly adhesive (not included in the scope of delivery). The latex assembly adhesive on the underside of the molds so that the glaze cannot run out.

After the glaze has hardened, the pendant is finished and is simply pulled off the latex surface and connected with a matching decorative chain. Individually created handcrafted souvenirs are ready - a great gift idea!

Application:

• Mixing ratio: 60ml water to 100g powder.
• Pour the powder into the water and let it soak for 2 minutes, then stir well (10 minutes processing time!).
• Now pour the mass into the mold and lightly tap the mold on the work surface to loosen any air bubbles that have formed.
• then let it dry.
• wait 90 min. before molding.
• Unnecessary edges can be removed with a knife.

Ceramibeton is a high-quality concrete composition of the latest generation, in which many of the previously known properties are completely different.

Ceramibeton consists of finely ground ceramic, sand, quick-setting Portland cement and various derivatives.

The striking thing about this concrete mix is the light coloring (old white / light sand colored) and the microfine grain size of 0.7 mm Ø.

Felting with Soap Dough

Felting soap without heating or pouring.
Mix soap sprinkles with water, knead and form many small soap balls, which then wrap with felt wool. Done!

What is soap felting?
You can use the contents of the pack to make six colorful felt soaps.
This means soaps wrapped with wool,
where the wool felts when washed and then provides an exceptionally gentle peeling effect.
The felt sleeve shrinks when washing with the soap.

Instructions:
Mix the soap sprinkles with warm water and knead thoroughly.
A few drops of soap scent can also be kneaded in.
Form a ball, cover evenly with felt wool and moisten.
This takes about 3 minutes. Now the felted ball can be pressed in a heart cutter, for example.
Now the drying time is about 12 hours, so that the soap becomes solid.

Poxy casting resin UV is a high-quality epoxy resin with unique properties: it is thin, water-clear, solvent-free, odorless and UV-resistant. It is mixed with Poxy hardener in a ratio of 2:1. The resulting thin poxy mixture becomes thicker over time and hardens after 10 - 12 hours. This can be used to coat objects such as table tops, vases, wooden boxes, watch dials, bottles, lampshades, matchboxes, etc. It is also possible to color the glaze, which can be done with pasty poxy tinting paints and fine metal powder. Alternatively, poxy casting resin can also be used to produce crystal-clear, highly transparent casting blocks in order to embed additional dried flowers, prepared insects, stones and shells. It is also possible to embed dry products such as photos, glass balls, stones, coins, business cards, screws, etc. It is also suitable for covering a wide range of objects made of cardboard, wood, stone, glass, metal, Styrofoam and objects made of ceramic casting compounds or concrete consist of: e.g. tiles, decorative pieces, bowls, reliefs, stretcher frame pictures, picture and mirror frames as well as fully plastic figures.

Special features:
The glaze hardens within 12 hours and during this time changes its viscosity from very thin and easy-flowing to honey-like and trowel-like, which enables different processing applications.

The cured poxy glazes or casting blocks are weather and chemical resistant.
