4. Creating backup copies for your own use

6. Advertising agencies each acquire their own individual license for each of their customers, which may then be used for only one customer.

• 4b. It is expressly prohibited:

1. Transfer to third parties. The right of use of the acquired license may not be shared or sold to multiple persons or customers (for example advertising agency). This also applies to modified or partially modified images / files.
2. Use in social networks that grant themselves rights to further license images.
3. Use beyond the scope of the license.
4. Use as a trademark or as a trade mark (logo) or as part of it.
5. Use in connection with or for pornographic purposes
6. Use to or in connection with glorification of violence, racial hatred
7. Use for projects that are contrary to the laws for the protection of youth
8. Use for the falsification and / or degradation of humans, animals, world views, religions etc.
9. No use for all areas that are against the law.

a. The licensee is obliged to check the license material himself before any further use (for example by using the original size preview).
