1 Delivery download Article:

• 1a. Directly after receipt of the payment to the seller's account, the customer receives an email with a link to download or, (only on request and if possible on the size) the file directly to the email.
• 1b. The customer can download up to 3 times the file up to 90 days after receipt of the download links.  The purchase contract is regarded as fulfilled by the seller when the product was first downloaded from the buyer.

• 2a. The copyright of all download files is not for sale, it is inextricably linked to the author.
  • The offered download products are and will remain copyrighted even after purchase.

3 Use licenses for download products

• 3a The respective paid download automatically acquires a respective, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right of use.
• 3b. The licensing is only by acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the license and delivery conditions for downloadable articles, as well as the full payment of the invoiced royalties possible
• 3c. extended and exclusive licenses only on request

4 The following guidelines apply to all download products and user licenses:

• 4a. allowed
  • The files may be used by the licensee privately as well as commercially as follows, provided they do not violate section 4b:

1. Print media up to 10,000 pieces each: flyers, brochures, brochures, catalogs, magazines, posters, newspapers etc.
2. Products of all kinds each up to 1500 pieces: for example. Mugs, textiles, calendars, postcards, books
3. Multimedia use 1x each: films, presentations, websites
4. Creating backup copies for your own use
5. Downloading the watermark-protected preview file to check if it is suitable for the licensee's purposes.
6. Advertising agencies each acquire their own individual license for each of their customers, which may then be used for only one customer.

• 4b. It is expressly prohibited:

1. Transfer to third parties. The right of use of the acquired license may not be shared or sold to multiple persons or customers (for example advertising agency). This also applies to modified or partially modified images / files.
2. Use in social networks that grant themselves rights to further license images.
3. Use beyond the scope of the license.
4. Use as a trademark or as a trade mark (logo) or as part of it.
5. Use in connection with or for pornographic purposes
6. Use to or in connection with glorification of violence, racial hatred
7. Use for projects that are contrary to the laws for the protection of youth
8. Use for the falsification and / or degradation of humans, animals, world views, religions etc.
9. No use for all areas that are against the law.

5 Verification requirement

a. The licensee is obliged to check the license material himself before any further use (for example by using the original size preview).
